Last Chance to Register for "Through the Eyes of the Artist!"
The Business and Professional Women's Division's next forum will feature some of the works of five local female Jewish artists. This evening will give the artists an opportunity to show some of their pieces and discuss their subject matter, inspirations and career with attendees. CHSJS Graduation
On Wed. May 21st, the 29th class graduated from the Community High School of Jewish Studies, a.k.a. Hebrew High. The 31 members of the graduating class, representing all walks of the Seattle Jewish community, have many exciting plans for the future—colleges everywhere in the U.S., Israel on both organized programs and on their own, and work experiences. Jewish Education Council's Summer Institute
With summer approaching and fun plans in the works the Jewish Education Council invites you to be a part of the joy Jewish learning! This year the Jewish Education Council's Summer Institute is a project co-sponsored by Limmud NW and Midrasha of the Jewish Teachers Institute and offers adult learners with enriching opportunities for summertime Jewish study while at the same time providing teachers with the chance to further their professional development and earn credits towards a Jewish Teachers Certificate. If you are an adult learner, and would like to explore the possibility of teaching, well... you have the best of both worlds!
