Grinspoon-Steinhardt Awards Nomination Instructions

Thank you for participating in the Grinspoon-Steinhardt Awards for Excellence in Jewish Education! Together, we can make an important impact on the culture of Jewish educator recognition, offering outstanding classroom based teachers the kavod they deserve.

Please read the instructions below:

1. School administrators should fill out Part A themselves and should forward Part B via e-mail to the teacher they are nominating. (Instructions guiding both the school administrator and the nominated teacher are found on the application form)
2. The nominating school administrator should e-mail Part C to a person who is familiar with the nominee’s work in the field of Jewish education—this could be a school administrator, fellow teacher, or a parent. (Instructions guiding both the school administrator and the second nominator are found on the application form.)
3. Each person who fills out a form should print and save a copy of the application for their records. (Each application form reminds the person completing it to do so.)
4. Once school administrators have received Parts B and C and have completed Part A on their own, they should e-mail all three parts as attachments to Liat Zaidenberg at LiatZ [at] JewishInSeattle [dot] org.
5. Applications are due via email by March 2, 2012
