Database Assistant

Goals: 

Aid our donor database manager in the maintenance and upkeep of the Federation's database. It is an integral part of our organization and requires constant updates and editing to remain effective.

General Duties of Position: 

• Update records in our database using synagogue newsletters, our records and other forms of information

Add relevant constituent information to database:
• Life-Cycle Announcements
• Award Winners
• Board and Committee Members
• And More

Special Skills: 

High level of computer skills. Ability to learn database system. Able to take direction for multiple tasks at a time.

Time Commitment: 

Can range from 1-8 hours per week, depending on the volunteer's schedule.
