The Jewish Federation offers opportunities for service on the Federation Board of Directors and on committees overseeing Community Campaign grants, philanthropic projects, community relations, Federation governance and other important responsibilities. Advanced Leadership Development Program
The Advanced Leadership Development Program engages and trains young adults for volunteerism and leadership in the Jewish community. Participants learn about political advocacy and activism, Jewish communal fundraising, serving on a board, combating anti-Semitism and more. The next ALDP class begins later in 2017.
Wexner Heritage Program
The Jewish Federation, in partnership with the Samis Foundation, sponsors the Wexner Heritage Program for Jewish communal leaders seeking to expand their leadership vision, adn further develop their discourse and decision-making skills. Wexner is a rigorous, two-year study experience immersing participants in Jewish history, values, ideas and contemporary issues, giving them the opportunity to reflect on insights that make for effective leadership. The next Puget Sound Wexner cohort will begin in the summer of 2018.
