About Rita Ashley
Rita Ashley, Career Coach, is a career development professional whose advice is field-tested over ten years and in the toughest of job markets. In the last three years, 98% of her clients received the promotions they were after or landed the jobs they wanted within six months. She is author of Job Search Debugged and Networking Debugged which guide candidates towards the creation of a compelling job search that builds confidence and gets results.
Formerly a Silicon Valley executive and later, principal in a Seattle boutique recruiting firm, Ms. Ashley taught executives how to hire, read a resume and vet candidates. She has been a board member to start up companies and advisor to others. Her intimate knowledge of how companies make hiring decisions is tested and proven with each unique coaching client.
Her education includes degrees and/or certificates in Technology, Counseling, Psychology and Education.
