Join fellow young Jewish professionals for a special opportunity to attend the kickoff of the SJCC Business Track Lecture Series. Howard Behar will speak on Leadership Lessons from a Life at Starbucks. Although general admission is normally $15, this event is free for young adults! During his many years as a senior executive at Starbucks, Howard Behar helped establish the Starbucks culture, which stresses the importance of people over profits. He coached hundreds of leaders at every level and helped the company grow into a world-renowned brand. Now he reveals the ten principles and the memorable wisdom that guided his leadership and success—and not one of them is about coffee.

Howard will speak about a few of the principles he feels are the most important for leadership and success.

J-Pro is a partnership of Jconnect Seattle and the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle. Our goal is to build strong relationships among Seattle area young Jewish professionals in their 20's and 30's; to create opportunities for growth and networking in their fields; to foster leadership and create a culture of collegiality that encourages business referrals and philanthropy.
