Pride Shabbat 2010
Building on last year's success, Bashert, the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle's LGBTQ initiative, is sponsoring Pride Shabbat 2010. This year's event held during Seattle's Pride month on Friday, June 25, will start with pre-service appetizers at 7pm with the service to follow at 7:30pm at Temple De Hirsch Sinai in Seattle. There will be an ASL interpreter.
Pride Shabbat 2010 is open to the community and is a celebration of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning Jews, friends, allies and families.
Immediately following the service, participants are invited to attend the oneg, a post-service celebration, with light snacks and desserts.
For more information or to become a sponsor, please contact Kim Greenhall at 206 774-2221 or KimG [at] JewishInSeattle [dot] org.
