Cardozo Event Inspires and Informs Jewish Attorneys

December 12 saw nearly 60 local Jewish attorneys attend the largest Cardozo Society CLE program in recent years. The topic, Understanding the Legal Foundation for US & Israeli Counter-Terrorism Efforts, was presented by Professor Geoffrey S. Corn, a Professor of Law at South Texas College in Houston, Texas, a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel, and formerly the special Assistant to the US Army Judge Advocate General for Law of War Matters.

The Cardozo Society of Washington State is the official Washington State Bar Association minority bar for Jewish lawyers. Run by the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle, Cardozo Society programming integrates legal and Jewish concerns to demonstrate the unique contributions the legal profession can make to improve the Jewish community at large.
