Congratulations to the 2011 Community Awards Recipients

The Jewish Federation is pleased to announce its 2011 Community Awards recipients. Each will be recognized during the Federation's 2011 Annual Meeting on Wednesday, June 22, beginning at 5:30pm at Urban Enoteca in Seattle.

We are delighted to recognize the outstanding contributions of outgoing Board Chair Ron Leibsohn; our Volunteer Leadership and our annual community award winners:

• Board Chair's Award for Outstanding Service: Robin Boehler
• Jack J. and Charlotte Spitzer Young Leadership Award: Elizabeth Siegel and Dan Lowen
• Pamela Waechter Jewish Communal Professional Award: Amee Sherer, Seattle Jewish Community School; Ilana Cone Kennedy, Washington State Holocaust Education Resource Center
• Tikkun Olam Public Service Award: Senator Ed Murray, 43rd District Seattle
