The Power of Passion: Connections 2012
A message from Naomi Newman
2012 Women's Philanthropy Chair
Connections is the event that connects us to our world, families, best friends, acquaintances, and always, to someone new.
Each year, I am delighted and enthralled with this annual brunch that bonds our community of exceptional women. There is no better place to be than around a table of our special ladies at Connections.
For well over a decade, we have been inspired by writers, authors, activists, and leaders in society, all with an interesting story. I learn, I laugh, and I absolutely love it. I look forward to double-cheek kisses with so many faces that I know and deeply admire.
But beyond a delicious brunch and togetherness, resides something much deeper. Each one of us is there to contribute to the annual community campaign, to make Seattle a great Jewish world for young and old. It's the passion within all of us.
This year, noted author Iris Krasnow, who has won audience favor nationally, will ignite The Power of Passion in our relationships, work, and community.
We are the force that makes the Federation vital and able to fund great programs and endeavors.
Treat yourself to Passion -- in all realms of your life.
See you at Connections 2012!
All women are invited to join us at Connections 2012. Brunch tickets are just $65 – or, become a Friend ($180), Patron ($360), Table Sponsor ($650) or Table Captain and meet Iris at a special pre-reception and book signing just prior to the event.
