Do this to participate in J-Serve:

Step 1:   Register for J-Serve 2011 by clicking here.

Step 2:   You will receive your own personal URL to post on your Facebook page or email.  Do this so your friends will sign-up with you!

Step 3:  You will receive an email from us letting you know that you need to fill out some forms.

Registered?  Told your friends? 

Now, fill out these forms!

Form 1:   Photo Release (parent must sign too)

Form 2:   Paint out Seattle Volunteer Form (parent must sign too)
