The Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle believes that the Jewish overnight camp experience is an integral component of building a child's Jewish identity.
The Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle's Camp Scholarship Program helps families in Washington State with the cost of camp tuition. By providing you with a variety of funding options, our goal is to ensure that you receive the assistance needed so that your child/children can participate in the Jewish overnight camp experience. Camp scholarships are need-based.
If you applied for a scholarship for 2013, you will need your applicant ID number to apply for a 2014 scholarship. If you do not have your applicant ID number, please e-mail Benjamina Menashe.
Thank you to all the families who turned in applications by the first-round deadine of March 7, 2014. Families will be notified of the scholarship committee's decisions by Friday, April 4, 2014.
The second-round deadline is Friday, May 2, 2014. Late applications will not be considered. The remaining 20 percent of funds will be allocated in this round. Families will be notified of decisions by Friday, May 16.
