Gain Leadership Skills, Make Jewish Connections
The Advanced Leadership Development Program’s (ALDP) goal is to equip a select group of Jewish adults, typically in their 20s and 30s, with the skills and knowledge necessary to undertake leadership roles within the Jewish community while also making Jewish connections that could last a lifetime.
Our 2018-2019 program is underway and will last through May 5, 2019. The program includes a combination of educational workshops and social gatherings, all sharing insight into how Jewish values and traditions guide lay leadership and play an integral role in strengthening our community.
Participants are meeting and networking with peers from various backgrounds and learning from some of the most experienced leaders, philanthropists, and educators in our community. As part of ALDP, the Federation staff will also support participants in identifying organizations that they are interested in and the types of potential volunteer roles that are available. It is our hope this will be an engaging and fun way for our future leaders to learn together about the inner workings of Jewish non-profits and help create an inspiring entry point for them to get involved.
