Connecting Families to Jewish Stories and Community in Puget Sound

“We love PJ Library for how it helps us to teach [our son] about our traditions and is even helping us reconnect and relearn along the way.”

– PJ Parent, Seattle, WA

Every month, PJ Library brings Jewish stories into homes—sparking imagination, family connection, and Jewish joy. Over 3,000 children across the Seattle area receive free, award-winning books that celebrate Jewish values and culture.

For older readers, PJ Our Way empowers kids ages 9–12 to choose their own books, explore Jewish ideas, and share reviews and projects with peers online.

PJ Library and PJ Our Way, made possible through the Federation and the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, are giving local families a welcoming entry point into Jewish life.
